KERNLO is operated by Self-Employed. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

Requesting a refund

Our payments are processed by Paddle, the Merchant of Record for all our orders. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and use the order ID from your purchase receipt, or email us at hello@kernlohq.com and we'll assist.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer.

03 — Cancellation

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your in-app settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current billing period.
